We do not yet know how relevant this study may be.
We did not see constriction at the sites of stalls, but it is also very hard to do so and we could have missed it. It is hard to imagine how anti-Ly6G is leading to relaxation of constricted vessels, but maybe it changes something in the neutrophil (mechanical deformability?).
