Grainy videos

Any Admin out there,

I get the idea that the bad resolution videos help keep us sharp with the stalls.

My question is, what makes the video so grainy, even when there’s no obvious vessel in the circled area?

Not sure the answer is in there though - but are those the “grainy” videos you mean?
